Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the Academy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Academy for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts and security
Your account is personal to you. Keep your password confidential, do not share access, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
Prices, payments, and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Taxes may apply. Refund requests must be submitted to Academy support with the relevant order information and are evaluated under the refund policy shown at purchase and applicable law.
Course access and permitted use
A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your own education. Course videos, narration, quizzes, downloads, branding, and other materials remain protected content. You may not copy, resell, publicly display, distribute, scrape, record, or create competing materials from Academy content without written permission.
Assessments and certificates
Quiz attempts and results may be recorded. A certificate reflects completion of the requirements displayed for that course; it is not a professional license, academic degree, legal qualification, or guarantee of competence. We may correct or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, account sharing, or technical error.
Acceptable use and suspension
Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, harass other users, infringe rights, evade purchase controls, or misuse Academy content. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, systems, rights, or legal obligations.
Educational information—not legal advice
Academy content is general educational information. It is not legal, tax, investment, cybersecurity, or other professional advice; it does not create an attorney-client relationship; and it may not reflect every jurisdiction or later legal development. Seek qualified advice for your specific circumstances.
Availability and changes
We may update courses, features, prices, and these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Material changes will be communicated as reasonably appropriate, and continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
